Well I just had to post this. I was sitting in the neighbours yard soaking up some sun yesterday. It was me and Fred and his brother Dennis, also my neighbour(he lives in Fred's basement). Anyway earlier Fred had bought a pet hair trimmer to shave his Springer Spaniel Charlie for the summer. If anybody ever asks you to hold their dog's head while they trim the dog's crotch hair don't do it. Charlie is my buddy, I throw the ball to him and he brings it back, and he always comes over and sits for me to pet him. But he almost bit me when Fred was trimming his crotch hair. I don't blame him I would probably bite if someone was holding me down to do the same thing. But anyway a few hours later and a couple beer into Dennis and he decides to trim his nipple hair. Using the animal hair trimmer. OK I thought that was a little weird. But it got weirder. He missed a few spots. So Fred being the good brother that he is decided to help him out. Watching a guy shave another guy's chest is disturbing to say the least.

Another Saturday another sightly fuzzy head. It's the price I pay for sitting outside with my neighbour Fred and drinking beer. But it had to be done. The weather was too nice not to be outside yesterday. And I needed the beer because watching him work on his bathroom renos was thirsty work. Thank god we were gone on our big bike ride when it came time for him to take the old bath-tub out. He actually called my place looking for help with carrying it out. But because I wasn't here he carried it out by himself. I needed a beer after hearing about the work I almost had to do. It was close though, we left about 20 minutes before he called. Now I have to keep tabs on his progress today. I need to be somewhere else when it's time to move the new tub in. Another bike ride? Sick aunt? Painting my toe nails? I need a good excuse to not be around for the real work.

Just a test to see if I can get a pic uploaded. It never seems to work for me. Maybe it's the blonde hair that's screwing me up.

Check them out if you haven't, Riderville is the official website of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and riderfans is the biggest and best fansite in the CFL. I have met a lot of the people that post on both sites. And most of them are really cool. One of them is Minnesota Gopher, otherwise known as Terry M(I can't remember how to spell his last name right now). Anyway he is a Rider fan who from Minnesota who just kinda stumbled onto the team. For the story of how that happened you should buy his book. Yeah I was reading riderfans this morning and he had started a thread about finishing his book, it's called Rider Pride on the American side. Well I finally got a bike that works today. Now my weight loss plan is really looking up. Only problem with the bike is the colour, it's a non-manly purply thing. But I'm waiting for a buddy of mine to call me back. He paints cars so I figure that throwing some metallic GREEN paint on a bike shouldn't be too much of a challenge for him. And he should do it cheap, or the next time his kids screw up his computer I'll have to gouge him badly. And we picked up one of those baby trailers for my wifes bike. Now we can go biking together and bring our daughter. The next step is to get the boy riding without his training wheels and we are all set for the family bike trips around town. If I have my way he'll be riding a two wheeler by Sunday.

Well this is my first attempt at one of these things so if it sucks it aint my fault. I'll add more stuff to this when ever I get the energy. Or if it rains. Because there is no way I'm sitting inside on my computer if it's nice outside. I'm in Regina, Canada and the winters are too long to waste the spring and summer inside.
